Proprietary AI systems, custom workflow pipelines, and operational blueprints designed for our clients remain isolated within secure runtime instances. Clients retain exclusive operational usage rights for custom-compiled node software, while core libraries and modular agents remain under POSTHUMAN intellectual property frameworks.
2. Trademark & Brand Usage
The name "POSTHUMAN", the stylized brain-network logomark, and associated system designations are trademarks of POSTHUMAN TECHNOLOGIES. Unauthorized copy, mimicry, or extraction of design systems, brand guidelines, or style assets is strictly prohibited without a signed cryptographic token of authorization from our security team.
3. Secure Audits and Source Code Protection
Any reverse engineering, automated scraping, or adversarial analysis of the public-facing or client-facing node interfaces is monitored and logged. Intellectual property violations will result in automatic termination of API keys and legal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
